You can do it in Musclarium, where you can speak with Albert expert farmer, who can show you the aquiculture secrets, taking the oysters directly from the sea. You can learn to open an oyster.

-Boat taxi from the port to Musclarium to go and return 10 minutes-Visit mussel farm and explanation how the mussel and oysters grown up.
-Lesson how to open an oyster.
-Three oyster and a plate of mussels and one drink (beer, wine, cola)
