It is a celebration that aims to pay homage to the galera, also called the poor shrimp. The galera is a little known crustacean, but it has an exceptional quality, similar to shrimp, with a less attractive appearance and a lower price. That is why, with our renowned chefs, there are different ways of cooking: fried, grilled, in soups or one side for rice with vegetables.
There are also several other food products from Terres de l'Ebre in these gastronomic days to promote our famous varied dishes. Let's not forget our wine.
